| 摘 要： | 通过对甘肃省250户农户进行问卷调查,分析甘肃农村民间借贷的特点及其积极和消极影响,提出通过加强监管、优化民间借贷环境促进民间借贷健康发展以及建立资金互助组织、引导民间借贷资本进入正规金融机构从而规范民间借贷活动的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Through the questionnaire survey of 250 peasant households in Gansu Province,the features of rural non-governmental debit and credit in Gansu Province and its positive and negative impacts were analyzed,it was proposed to regulate non-governmental debit and credit by strengthening supervision,optimizing circumstances,building funds mutual aid organization and guiding the entry of non-governmental debit and credit capital into the regular financial institutions. |
