当前我国乡村治理的困境与策略探究

当前，我国乡村治理面临着乡村经济发展状况不佳，乡村关系行政化，县乡关系利益化，乡村文化贫弱，村民自治制度亟待完善，农民利益表达机制缺失，乡村社会无组织化现象依然严重等困境。因此，应积极建设管理服务型乡镇政府，促进乡村社会治理主体的良性互动，重建县域公共服务体系，发挥村委会的组织功能，重视社会自治在乡村治理中的积极作用，深化公共财政体制改革，强化县级财力，发展乡村经济组织劳务输出，培育乡村经济支柱。
