上海平湖海底天然气管道输送问题研究

摘    要:应用HYSYS和PIPESYS软件对上海平湖油气田海底天然气管道进行水力分析,采用管道现场操作运行数据与软件计算结果进行比较,得出适用于管道压降和集液量的计算方法,并对输送压力、输量与管道集液量、集液形成时间的关系进行了研究,指出管道在小输量、低压力工况下运行,管道内形成的集液量越多,形成集液所需的时间就越长。借助HYSYS软件分析了凝析气的物性,绘出了相包络线和水化物形成曲线,通过分析得出,上海平湖油气田海底天然气管道在运行过程中不会形成水化物。

Abstract:HYSYS software and PIPESYS software are used to make hydraulic analysis for Pinghu offshore gas pipeline,operating data are used to compare with the softwares calculation results,and the applicable calculation methods of the pipeline pressure drop and the liquid holdup have been obtained. Relation between the transportation pressure,throughput and pipeline liquid holdup as well as liquid holdup formation time are studied in the paper. It is concluded that when the pipeline is operating on the conditions of lower throughput and lower pressure,more liquid holdup will be formed and longer time is needed to form liquid holdup. By means of analyzing the characteristics of condensate gas with HYSYS software,the phase envelope line and hydrate forming curve have been obtained. The analytical results have shown that the hydrate will not be formed during the operation of this offshore pipeline.
