| 摘 要： | 用香菇Ｌ８６７与Ｃｒ０４两品种单核菌丝体配对杂交，培育出Ｌ９３４；用香菇Ｌ３３与Ｃｒ０４两品种单核菌丝体配对杂交，培育出Ｌ９３７。拮抗实验和酯酶同工酶实验完全证实与它们与杂交亲本的不同，从而确认Ｌ９３４和Ｌ９３７为两个各自独立的香菇新品种。

| Abstract: | The new varieties of Lentinus edodes-L934 and L937 derived from the pair hybridization of the monokaryotic mycelia from L867 and Cr04,and from L33 and Cr04 respectively.Results from antagonism and esterase isozyme tests fully verified the differences between them and their conresponding parents,and thus confirmed that L934 and L937 were two new and independant varieties of Lentinus edodes. |
