| 摘 要： | 昆虫蛋白将成为第三大蛋白质来源,昆虫蛋白质的测定对昆虫的开发有着重要的意义.蛋白质的测定方法有很多,本文对蛋白含量的各种测定方法进行了分析,确定了几种适用于昆虫蛋白质含量的测定方法.
