摘    要:基于叶片的计算机图像处理与识别技术,实现了植物分类的自动化和快捷化.从叶片分类和检索两个方面回顾了近年来基于叶片图像的植物分类领域的研究进展,围绕叶片图像的特征选取、分类器设计、相似性度量和算法性能等方面对多种方案的技术特点做了介绍,并指出了目前这些技术需要改进的方面.

Abstract:Leaf-image-based computer systems of plant identification could identify distinct species of plants by means of leaf images with the help of digital image processing and pattern recognition techniques.This paper reviews the state-of-the-art of the systems which include classification systems and retrieval systems,with focus on feature extraction,classifier,similarity measure and performance.The shortcomings of the existing systems are also pointed out.
