| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆的机构设置是其业务运作的基本保障,网络环境下,借鉴企业BPR的管理模式对高校图书馆组织机构进行彻底变革是促进图书馆发展的关键所在。简述了图书馆机构重组的原因,分析了机构重组的几种模式,最后提出了2点思考。
