| 摘 要： | 干扰素是一类仅由脊椎动物单核细胞和淋巴细胞在受到病毒或其他诱生剂的作用时产生的一种具有抗病毒、抗肿瘤、免疫调节等多种生物学活性的分泌性可溶糖蛋白。随着基因工程方法的发展，外源表达干扰素已经进入了工业化生产阶段，并且大量投放市场，在医药、生物和农业等多个行业领域中广泛应用。近年来，随着人们对禽类干扰素研究的逐步深入，干扰素在一些禽类病毒性疾病及肿瘤性疾病治疗方面取得的良好进展。本文现就家禽干扰素的分类，家禽干扰素的抗病毒活性以及家禽基因工程重组干扰素的应用做以综述。

| Abstract: | Interferon is a kind of soluble glycoprotein and produced in mononuclear cells and lymphocytes of vertebrates when stimulated by viruses or other inducers.Interferon is known to function as antiviral,anti-neoplastic and immune regulation activities.With the introduction of genetic engineering technology,exogenous expressed interferon is produced on industrial scale and widely used in medicine,biologics and agriculture.In the past years,interferon has been applied in treatment of poultry diseases.This article summarizes current classification and usages in antiviral activities of poultry interferon. |
