| 摘 要： | 利用8对引物组合对AFLP标记在两个香菇菌株间(IB01×IB15)杂交F_1代的多态性及分离方式进行研究,结果显示,AFLP标记在该F_1代群体中的多态性较高,分离位点出现的平均频率是32.55%,分离方式有孟德尔分离、偏孟德尔分离及异常分离3种方式.3种分离位点出现的数量与平均频率分别为602、28.86%,271、12.99%,49、2.35%,其中孟德尔分离位点占分离位点总数的53.99%.15.34%的AFLP标记表现了偏分离,偏离的方向趋于亲本.

| Abstract: | Eight selected primer combinations were used to study the polymorphism and segregated ways of hybrid progeny F_1 (IB01×IB15)of Lentinula edodes.Results showed that the polymorphism of the AFLP markers in the F_1 population Was high,and the average frequency of the segregation loci was 32.55%.The segregation patterns included Mendelian.deviation from Mendelian and abnormal segregation models.Their number and frequency were,602,28.86%,271,12.99%and 49,2.35%respectively.53.99%of the segregation loci were in Mendelian model.The total frequency of distorted distribution anaong AFLP markers was 15.34%,and the direction of segregation distortion tended to the parents. |
