汽车拖拉机用新型永磁起动机设计研究

摘    要:阐述了汽车拖拉机有新型永磁起动机-带辅助极永磁起动机(PMDMSP)的结构和工作原理。该起动机除具有普通永磁起动机的全部优点外,还具有制动转矩大、空载转速高、永磁材料用量少的优点,具有很好的推广和使用价值。鉴于该电机电磁计算的复杂性,本文在考虑主极和辅助极下磁通相互影响的基础上,给出了较系统的分析的分析计算方法。

Abstract:The construction and principle of a permanent magnet starter motor with auxiliary poles (PMSMAP), i.e., a kind of new starter motor for automobile and tractor, are elucidated in this paper. It has not only the advantages of the ordinary permanent magnet starter motor, but also some other advantages, such as higher starting torque, higher no load speed, and lower cost. Owing to the complicated calculating of this kind of motor, a new analytical method is given on the basis of considering the mutual effects between the magnetic flux under the main pole and the auxiliary poles. The validity and correctness of this method are verified by the comparison of test results with calculated ones.
