转基因小麦向其近缘野生种基因漂移的研究

摘    要:为了正确评估转基因新种质在田间释放后因基因漂移所产生的生态风险,以转除草剂基因小麦豫麦70号为花粉供体材料,以野生二粒小麦为花粉受体材料进行了栽培种向其主要近缘野生种基因漂移的检测研究。结果表明,小麦基因漂移的频率在距花粉供体中心0.5m时最大,随着距花粉供体中心距离的增加而递减,在距中心4m处频率最小。气候因素中影响基因漂移频率高低的主要因素是风,顺、逆风基因漂移的频率相差近1.8倍。

Abstract:In order to evaluate correctly the potential risk of using transgenic crops,the gene flow between transgenic wheat Yumai 70 and its wild relative was tested in a filed experiment,using a dominant herbicide resistant line as pollen donor and a wild wheat population as recipient.The results showed that the flow frequency decreased with the increase of distance.The frequency was the highest within 0.5m from pollen donor plant and the lowest within 4m from pollen donor plant.
