摘    要:桃源大叶是湖南省桃源县在当地茶树群体中,通过系统育种法培育的茶树品种,在该县已形成相当生产规模,茶叶收入成为当地茶农的主要经济来源.目前,桃源大叶的种植面积占全县采摘茶园面积的31.7%,产值占该县茶叶总产值的50%以上.继续发展桃源大叶茶生产,一是需要通过栽培措施,改良桃源大叶的粗枝大叶和茶多酚含量较高等性状,使其更加适合名优绿茶生产;二是要研究和创新加工技术,提高桃源大叶茶的香气:三是通过品种搭配栽培,丰富地方茶叶品质类型,调节采摘高峰,增强稳定生产的能力.

Abstract:Taoyuandaye tea was cultivated by systematic breeding method from the local group in Taoyuan county of Hunan province.Taoyuan has a considerable advantage of the tea industry through the promotion and planting of Taoyuandaye tea,and the income from tea becomes the main source of local tea farmers' income.At present,the planting area of Taoyuandaye tea accounts for 31.7% of the total picking tea area,the tea output accounted for more than 50% of GDP,and the numbers are increasing year by year.Expanding production of Taoyuandaye tea,several technical issues should be solved: First,improving traits such as coarse leaf and too high content of tea polyphenol through cultivation measures to make them more suitable to produce high-quality green tea; Second,raising aroma by processing technology research and innovation;Third,regulating the peak picking and enhancing the ability of stable production through varieties proportion in tea planting and cultivation.
