泉州湾航行环境操船危险度的安全评价

摘    要:根据泉州湾水域自然条件,航道与锚地状况,通过海上交通的实态观测,得出了泉州湾的交通密度情况和进出泉州港的标准船舶状态。利用海上交通安全评价的模糊推理系统,分析了泉州湾水域航行环境操船危险度,得出了在泉州湾水域建立其安全保障监控系统必要性。

Abstract:According to the natural conditions, channel and anchorage state of Quanzhou Wan, and based on the real observation of the traffic condition at sea, the situation of traffic density and standard ship state of Quanzhou Wan are obtained. Through the Fuzzy Inference System model on marine traffic safety evaluation, the ship sailing environment dangerous degree in Quanzhou Wan is analysed. In conclusion the necessities of monitoring system of VTS in the Quanzhou Wan should be set up.
