水培对羽叶蔓绿绒的叶解剖结构及可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量的影响

摘    要:以天南星科中的植物羽叶蔓绿绒(Philodendron pitfieriEngl.)的叶片为试验材料,研究了水培对其植株叶解剖结构的影响,并测定了可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量等指标,以期为水培植物研究提供理论参考。结果表明:①水培后表皮细胞厚度、角质层厚度及细胞大小均显著增加,但下表皮的气孔密度显著减少;②水培后叶片及叶柄的维管束占叶横切面的百分比显著减少但是导管直径明显增大,通气组织占叶横切面的百分比及其直径均显著增加;③水培后叶片的可溶性糖含量减少,脯氨酸含量增加。

Abstract:Using Philodendron pit fieri Engl. as materials, the experiment investigated the effect of water-cultivating on structure, anatomic sugar and proline, aiming to provide some reference theory for cultivating. The main results were as follows;①obviously, the thickness of epidermis and cuticle of epidermal cells were thicker and the epidermal cells were bigger but the stomatal density reduced in the water-cultivated plants; ②by water-cultivating in the blade and the petiole the percentage of the vascular bundle and aerenchyma gradually reduced, while the vascular and the aerenchma diameter increased; ③the consents of soluble sugar reduced but the consents of proline increased in the blade of water-cultivated plants.
