离子注入甜菜种子M2代生物效应

摘    要:N^ 离子注入甜菜种子后,观察M2代生物效应,在做鉴定抗病性试验时,发现产量均比M1代减产,含糖率均比对照提高,提高0.97-2.786度;抗病性对照(改6)褐斑病指数为1级,4份参试材料的褐斑病指数为0.5级,比对照降低0.5级。在微做早熟性试验时,产量同样比对照减产,但含糖率均比对照提高,提高1.47-3.08度,观察试验,总体有含糖积累提前的趋势。

Biologicol Effects of Ion Implantation into Sugar Beet Seeds in M2 Generation
Abstract:bserving the biological effect 0n M 2 generation and appraising antivirus find that the output is reduced compared with M 1 generation ,whereas the sugar rate is enhanced compared with CK , After N ion implantation into sugar beet seeds; The sugar enhancement rate is 0.97-2.76 degrees; The speckle index is classification 1 on antithesis (Improved 6). Test on four exponents is classification 0.5, equally reduced compared with CK. Test on prematurity also finds that yield is reduced , too, but sugar rate is enhanced , which is 1.47-3.08 degrees . The observation of test result shows a sign that there is trend of pre collectivity in sacchariferous accumulation.
