摘    要:中国的水产品加工总体上仍以劳动密集型为主,机械化、自动化程度不高,装备普及率较低;采用先进的加工装备替代人工,可显著提高加工效率和产品稳定性,改善加工环境,减轻劳动强度,已经成了水产品加工行业迫切需要解决的问题。本文阐述了发展水产品加工装备的意义,对国内外水产品加工装备的研究和应用现状进行了系统分析,对国内外水产加工装备水平进行了对比,对水产品加工装备未来发展趋势进行了展望,以期为水产品加工装备的发展提供参考借鉴和方向探索。

Abstract:China ' s aquatic products processing is still mainly labor intensive, where the degree of mechanization and automation is not high, and popularizing rate is low.By using advanced processing equipment to replace manual labor, processing efficiency can be increased, stability and labor environment can be improved, and labor intensity can be reduced, which has become a urgent issue that needs to be thought and resolved as soon as possible in the aquatic products processing industry.In the paper, the significance of developing processing equipment was expound, the research and application status of aquatic products processing equipment at home and abroad were analyzed, the levels of aquatic products processing equipment at home and abroad was contrasted, the development trend of aquatic products processing equipment was prospected, with a view to provide a reference and direction for processing equipment developing.
