1998—2006年南海油田职工恶性肿瘤生存率分析

目的总结以职工体检为主的肿瘤防治工作的成效。方法收集本公司1998—2006年罹患恶性肿瘤职工的生存资料，计算生存率和中位生存期，并对生存曲线进行比较分析。结果1、3、5、8、10a总生存率分别为71．62％、43．60％、29．59％、19．58％、11．75％，中位生存期为33．48个月。前5位恶性肿瘤依次为肺癌、结直肠癌、肝癌、胃癌、乳腺癌，5a生存率分别为15．19％、26．06％、7．59％、32．65％、100．00％。结论南海油田以职工体检为主的肿瘤防治工作有待进一步提高。

Survival analysis of employees with malignant tumors between 1998 and 2006 in West Nanhai Oil Company

Objective To summarize the result of cancer control based on employee health examination. Methods The survival data of employees with malignant tumors were collected from 1998 to 2006 in our company, and their survival rate, median survival time and survival curve were calculated. Results The 1--, 3--, 5--, 8-- and 10--year survival rates of the patients were 71.62% ,43.60% ,29.59%, 19.58% and 11.75%, respectively, and median survival time was 33.48 months. The former five cancers were lung cancer, colorectal cancer, hepatic carcinoma, gastric cancer and breast cancer, and the 5-year survival rates were 15.19%, 26.06%, 7.59%, 32.65% and 100%, respectively. Conclusion The tumor prevention and treatment based on employee health examination in our company should be further improved.
