蒙古马与英纯血马血液生化指标的比较研究

本文随机测定了蒙古马(Mongolian Horse)26匹、英纯血马(Thoroughbred)29匹的白蛋白、总蛋白、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、乳酸脱氢酶、碱性磷酸酶、尿素等7项血液生化指标。结果表明蒙古马各项指标中总蛋白、白蛋白、乳酸脱氢酶、碱性磷酸酶等4项差异极显著。蒙古马中青年马的乳酸脱氢酶和碱性磷酸酶高于老龄马，总蛋白、白蛋白、尿素、碱性磷酸酶、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、丙酸氨基转移酶等6项指标差异不显著。英纯血马中青年马的白蛋白、尿素和丙氨酸氨基转移酶低于老龄马，白蛋白、尿素、乳酸脱氢酶、丙氨酸氨基转移酶等4项指标差异不显著，总蛋白和碱性磷酸酶差异极显著。

COMPARATIVE STUDIES ON BLOOD BIOCHEMICAL INDEX OF SERUM BETWEEN MONGOLIAN HORSE AND THOROUGHBRED

In order to study the difference of blood biochemical index in serum between Mongolian horse and thoroughbred, 26 Mongolia horses and 29 thoroughbreds were chosen at random. Total protein, albumin, almendine, transaminas asperity acid, trnsaminese lactate deter, lactate alkdine phosphates, larbamide were tested. The results indicated that the total protein, albumin, phosphorus, lactate, dehydragenase, alkaline phosphates in Mongolian horse blood were significantly different; the phosphorus, lactate, dehydrogenate, alkaline phosphate in younger horse's blood were higher than that of elder horses; and total protein, alkaline carmine, alkaline phosphates, asperity acid transaminase, almandine transaminose had no significant difference. The calcium almendine carbamine almondina transaminase in younger Thoroughbred's blood were lower than those of elder horses. Calcium phosphorus, albumin, carbonize, lactate, dehydrretenase almondine transom lose had no significant differ- ence, and total protein and alkaline phosphase had significant difference.
