摘    要: 从北京郊区的向日葵环斑花叶病株上,分离到一个黄瓜花叶病毒的毒株(简称CMV-RS),其寄主范围广及11科的37种植物,除能系统侵染几种菊科植物外,还能侵染多种葫芦科和茄科植物,以及蚕豆、大豆、油莱、玉米和蓖麻等。

Abstract:A CMV strain was isolated from sunflower with symptoms of ringspot mosaic(symbolized as CMV-RS) in nursery of Huang Tu Gang,Beijing.It has been shown that the CMV-RS is apparently different from other strains of CMV reported,particularly by its host range.From 47 species of 19.families tested,37 species of 11 families were infected.In addition to many species of Compositae,Cucurbitaceae,Solanaceae,it caused the systemic symptoms on Vicia faba,Glycine max,Brassica campestris var.oleifera,Zea mays and Ricinus communis.
