| 摘 要： | 从鱼腥草白绢病发病程度不同的田块取土样,分离鱼腥草白绢病病原菌,测定N、P、K含量,室内设置不同浓度的N、P、K单因子、双因子、三因子组合分组培养白绢病病原菌,验证大田测定的结果.结果表明,土壤中N对白绢病发生的影响不明显,P对白绢病的发生有一定的抑制作用,K对白绢病的发生有促进作用.当N:P:K接近1.67:1:1时,控制白绢病的效果最佳.

| Abstract: | Soil samples were got from plots of different incidence of Sclerotium rolfsii and pathogens of Sclerotium rolfsii were separated from them.Then contents of N,P,K were measured in order to understand relationship between the occurrence of Sclerotium rolfsii and content of N,P,K and indoors,the pathogens were cultured in different concentrations of N,P,K to verify the results from the field.It showed that the results of lab experiments were the same as those from the field.Different contents of N,P,K had a ce... |
