中国现代农业发展制约因素及其基本思路分析

中国作为一个农民占大多数人口的大国，农民、农村和农业发展问题关系着中国现代化建设的成败，而解决问题的关键是实现农业的现代化。但在中国现代农业发展的进程中，存在着一系列制约因素，如现行农村土地制度之弊端、农业比较利益和农民素质均偏低、农业科技相对落后、农民结构性失业等。文章在分析中国现代农业发展制约因素的基础上，探索有助于加快中国现代农业发展的措施。

AN ANALYSIS OF THE RESTRICTIVE FACTORS FOR CHINA＇S AGRICULTURAL MODERNIZATION ＆ THE BASIC IDEAS CONCERNING ITS DEVELOPMENT

China is a great populous nation with the majority of its population being farmers. The problems relating to farmers, countryside and agriculture are crucial to Chinese modernization drive, and the key countermeasure to these problems lies in agricultural modernization. But there are a series of limiting factors in the process of agricultural modernization, e.g. the defects of current land system, relatively low comparative advantage ＆ quality of Chinese farmers, backwardness of agricultural science ＆ technology, and structural unemployment of rural labor. Based on an analysis of the restrictive factors of Chinese agri＇ cultural development, the author probes into some supporting measures helpful to expediting the development of Chinese modern agriculture.
