摘    要:通过对精密播种机的结构和作业分析,提出了排种器的耐磨性可靠度计算干涉模型和播种机整机疲劳累积损伤理论,并从经济性角度考虑可靠性的优化及用合理的维修性来保证播种机总体有效度问题。

Abstract:By analyses of the structure and operating features of a precision planter, we found that a feed wearability was the most important factor that influenced the planting quality. Based on the machine wearable reliability theory, an interference model of feed on wearable reliability, as well as the reliability calculation formula was developed. A fatigue accumulating principle for whole machine was developed according to the working conditions at different seasons and environments. As the complexity of the reliability of a planter, the optimization of reliability was considered in terms of economy, and the availability of a precision planter would be ensured by proper maintenance.
