| 摘 要： | 以就业为导向,培养大批高素质、高技能创业型农业生产一线人才,是农业高职院校的根本任务。文章分析了全面推进和实施教学质量监控与评价机制的意义,指出了要建立健全高职院校教学质量监控与评价机制,并提出了相应的有效措施,如加强质量监控与评价管理者队伍建设、营造监控评价的和谐氛围等,以期为进一步加强现代农业高等职业教育质量管理体系建设提供参考。

| Abstract: | The training of a large number of employment-oriented high-quality and high-skilled entrepreneurial talents in agricultural production front-line is the fundamental task of the agricultural vocational colleges.Significance of comprehensively promote the implementation of the teaching quality monitoring and evaluation mechanism was analyzed.It was pointed out this mechanism should be constructed and improved.Corresponding measures were put forward,such as strengthening the construction of manager teams and creating harmony circumstance,etc.This will supply reference for further strengthening the construction of quality management system of modern agricultural vocational education. |
