| 摘 要： | 对3年生华北落叶松各部位的多酚氧化酶（PPO），超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）的含量及活性的变化规律进行了测定。结果表明：（1）各部位间的PPO酶存在较显著的差异；（2）铜元素与PPO酶关系较为密切，锌元素对SOD活性作用较为显著。

| Abstract: | This artical studies the changing law of the content and living ability of PPO and SOD from various organs of a 3 yold Larix principis rupprechtii plantation.The results show that:(1)the content and living ability of the PPO in various organs are extremely different.(2)the relation of Cu with PPO is close, the relation of Zn with SOD is remarkable. |
