四季红山茶嫁接技术研究

摘    要:以油茶为砧木,应用侧枝切接、锯口接、腹接技术对四季红山茶嫁接成活率进行了研究。结果表明,腹接成活率最高、为81.9%,锯口接成活率最低、只有43%。在气候条件相似的情况下,影响四季红山茶嫁接成活率的关键因子是水分的运输能力及分生组织的活跃程度。

Abstract:Using Camellia oleifera as anvil,the grafting successful frequencies of Camellia azalea have been studied by branch cut grafting,sawed-off grafting and ventral grafting.Ventral grafting technique obtain the highest survival rate that was 81.9%,the survival rate of sawed-off grafting obtain the lowest only being 43%.It was suggested that the more successful frequency of grafting respectively depend on the water transport ability and the meristem activity under the similar climate condition.
