超高效液相色谱法同时测定鸡肉中7种磺胺类药物残留

建立了固相萃取-超高效液相色谱法(UPLC)同时测定鸡肉中磺胺嘧啶(SD)、磺胺间甲氧嘧啶(SMM)、磺胺地索辛(SDM)、磺胺二甲嘧啶(SM2)、磺胺甲氧嗪(SMP)、磺胺甲恶唑(SMZ)、磺胺喹恶啉(SQ)等7种磺胺类药物的方法。鸡肉样品用乙腈提取,碱性氧化铝柱净化,以乙腈和磷酸缓冲溶液为流动相梯度洗脱,采用UPLC检测,外标法定量。结果表明,7种磺胺类药物在10~200 ng/mL范围内均具有良好的线性关系,相关系数不低于0.9983,平均加标回收率为89.8%~102.5%,相对标准偏差为3.6%~7.4%。该方法具有简单、快速、灵敏度高和定性准确等优点,满足残留分析的要求。

Simultaneous determination of seven kinds of sulfonamides residues in chicken by UPLC

A solid phase extraction coupled with ultra performance liquid chromatography(UPLC) method was developed for the simultaneous determination of seven kinds of sulfonamides including sulfadiazine(SD),sulfamonomethoxine(SMM),sulfadimethoxine(SDM),sulfamethazine(SM2),sulfamethoxypyridazine(SMP),sulfamethoxazole(SMZ),sulfaquinoxaline(SQ) residues in chicken.The samples were extracted by acetonitrile,and purified by LC-Alumina B solid-phase extraction column.Acetonitrile and phosphate buffer were used as mobile phase by gradient elution.The analysis of target compounds was carried out by UPLC.A external standard was used for quantitative analysis.The calibration curves were in good linearity between the peak area and the concentration of 10~200 ng/mL for seven kinds of sulfonamides with correlation coefficients not less than 0.9983.The average spiked recoveries for seven kinds of sulfonamides were between 89.8% and 102.5% with relative standard deviations(RSDs) between 3.6% and 7.4%.The proposed method was simple,rapid,sensetive and accutate,and it could fit for the requirements of residue analysis.
