摘    要:从广西山口红树林保护区采集的样品中分离得到32株细菌,以金黄葡萄球菌为指示菌初筛得到7株细菌具有抗菌活性,同时检测它们对其他4株指示菌的抗菌情况,结果发现SK-01对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和黑曲霉均有明显的抗菌活性。选取SK-01进行初步研究,结果发现SK-01在3号培养基、pH值7.0、盐浓度0的条件下生长最好;在1号培养基、pH值7.0、培养时间48 h、盐浓度1%的条件下产活性物质效果最好;对SK-01进行传代试验,结果显示SK-01具有良好的遗传稳定性,可以进行进一步的开发和利用。

Abstract:32 bacterium strains were isolated form mangrove sediments in Shangkou Guangxi,7 of which showed antibacterial activity to Staphlococcus aureus.4 indicator strains(Escherichia coli,Bacillus subtilis,Aspergillus niger,Saccharomyces cerevisiae) were used to test the antimicrobial activities of 7 isolated strains.SK-01 showed antimicrobial activities to Staphlococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Bacillus subtilis,Aspergillus niger.SK-01 was selected to study.The Results showed that the best condition for SK-01 growing was in NO3 medium,initial pH value 7.0,0% NaCl concentration,and the best condition for SK-01 producing the most antibacterial activity substance was in NO1 medium,initial pH value 7.0,1% NaCl concentration,48 h cultural time.SK-01 showed generation stable through subculturing test and could be futher developed and used.
