甘露醇、过氧化氢和氯化钠处理对黑豆苗期抗旱性的影响

摘    要:将黑豆幼苗用甘露醇处理后,观察其形态特性与生长状况;用过氧化氢、氯化钠分别浸泡黑豆种子,测定幼苗叶片脯氨酸含量,研究不同处理对黑豆抗旱性的影响。结果表明:甘露醇处理造成黑豆幼苗水分胁迫,致使植株较低,株型紧凑,叶直立,叶面积小,叶片薄,叶色淡绿,根毛较长,根系发达并导致叶片水势降低,幼苗的抗旱能力增强;过氧化氢处理使幼苗叶片脯氨酸含量明显下降,幼苗的抗旱性减弱;而氯化钠处理造成幼苗叶片脯氨酸含量显著提高,抗旱性增强。
