| 摘 要： | 介绍了主要用于吸泥的双流道无堵塞泵的水力、结构设计。泵的设计参数为：流量300m^3／h。扬程25m，比转速106，工作转速1450r／min，功率45kW，最大输送固形物颗粒直径达60mm。该泵耐磨性好、效率高、通过能力强、平衡性及可靠性好。经过测试和工程应用证明综合性能好且实用。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the hydraulic and structure design of double channel non-jamed pump for sucking sludge.The pump parameters are : Q=300 m3/h,H=25 m,ns=106,n=1 450 r/min,P=45 kW,Dmax=60 mm for solid particle in drawn media.It turns out to be anti-ablation,high efficiency with good balance and reliability. |
