During veterinary bio-product production,it＇s a common method to use virus EID50 to express the titer of viral vaccine and its semi-product active ingredient.This paper takes the newcastle disease live vaccine as the example,makes comparison and analysis on EID50 criteria between semi-product and finished product and deepens the understanding of the accurate criteria to express virus content per mL in semi-product active ingredient.
