摘    要:运用回归分析的方法得出,线虫 Steinernema feltiae 的 Beijing 品系对大蜡螟(Gal-leria mellonella)的致死率与其侵入率之间呈显著的正相关,且为双曲线关系,相关指数 R=0.89。通过求该双曲线的最大曲率点坐标,给出了一个衡量 Beijing 品系的线虫毒力高低的标准:只要线虫的侵入率能达到7.39%,就认为它属于毒力较高的线虫。

Abstract:The method of regression analysis in the evaluation of the toxicity of Steinernema feltiae Beijing was reported.The result showed that the killing rate of the S.feltiae Beijing against Galleria mel- lonella is significant positive related to its invasion rate,and the relationship of the two rates was proved to be a hyperbola,the related exponent R was 0.89.The invasion rate of 7.39% was confirmed to be the standard on evaluating the toxicity of the S.feltiae Beijing in the calculation of coordinates of the ...
