固体样品中放射性锆的测量方法研究

摘    要:用BH1 2 2 4型能谱仪测量了95Zr固体样品的能谱图 ,并对其测量的重复性、样品量和活度对测量结果的影响等进行了分析 ,确定了相应的校正曲线。结果表明 :1 )95Zr能谱有 3个峰 ,选取S3峰 ( 2 40~ 3 0 0能谱道 )作为样品活度的测量道较为合适 ;2 )测量时间对测量结果没有影响 ,样品量和活度对测样的重复性影响很小 ;3 )随着样品量的增加 ,同一活度样品的测量值呈下降趋势 ,应进行该项目的校正 ,校正曲线为Y1=1 0 0 86-0 0 0 60X1(X1为测样的样品量g) ;4)仪器死时间引起的漏计数不容忽视 ,对测量结果应进行死时间校正 ,其校正系数 ( % )Y2 =1 0 0 95-0 0 2 94X2 (X2 为测样的计数率cps) ;5)从S3道测得的95Zr的衰变规律为A =A0 e- 0 0 14 6t。

STUDY ON MEASUREMENT OF ~(95) Zr IN SOLID SAMPLE
Abstract:The energy spectrum curve of 95 Zr water samples was measured by using BH1224 energy spectrometer. The influence of its metrical repeatability, the amount of samples and radioactivity on the results were determined and the corresponding calibration curve was concluded. The results show that the energy spectrum of 95 Zr has three apices , and the apex of S3 with energy spectrum path of 240~300 is suitable to be selected as the measurement path. The time of measurement had no influence on the measuring results, the amounts and radioactivity of samples had little influence on the measuring repeatability. With increasing amounts of samples, the measuring values of the samples with the same radioactivity was downtrend, which indicated that the values should be calibrated. The calibration curve was Y 1=1.0086-0.0060X 1, X 1 was the samples weight(g). The leaked counts caused by the dead time should not be neglected and the measuring results should be calibrated. The calibration factor(%) was Y 2=100 95-0 0294X 2,where X 2 was the counts per second.The disintegration law of 95 Zr is A=A 0e -0 0146t measured from S3 path.
