| 摘 要： | 以3个二倍体东方百合品种（2n=2×=24）与4个同源四倍体东方百合品种（2n=4×=48）为杂交亲本配制成8个杂交组合，并对杂交后代各株系进行了细胞学观察。结果表明，东方百合倍性杂交获得的种子可育性低；且各杂交组合的杂交后代中，均不同程度的出现了染色体数目多样性。

| Abstract: | Cytological observation on the hybrid generations of nine cross combination obtained from the crossing parents of three diploid Lilium oriental varieties （2n=2×=24） and four autotetraploid varieties （2n=4×=48）.The results showed that, the propagation of the Lilium oriental hybrid seeds were very low, and all the hybrid generations have a different degree diversity in the number of chromosomes. |
