工业反哺农业中资金投入的实证分析

运用线形回归分析和偏相关分析等方法定量研究了工业反哺农业中的两个主要的资金注入渠道——财政支农和“以工建农”对我国农业增长的影响,并进一步分析了财政支农各组成部分的产出效率。通过分析得出结论:我国工业反哺农业的资金注入应以财政支农作为主要通道,并适当调整财政支农的结构:减少流通环节的补贴,增加生产环节的支出,减少农业事业费开支,增加农业科技三项经费支出,以提高财政支农资金的使用效率。

Empirical Analysis of the Input of Fund into Agriculture

In our country the stage of feeding-back agriculture from industry has entered. At this stage a large amount of fund from industry was requested to pour into the agriculture. In this article the regression analysis and partial correlation analysis were used to research two main channels of pouring fund: finance supporting agriculture and "construction of the agriculture by the labor" and the structure of finance support for agriculture. The results showed that we should mainly depend on the finance input into agriculture. In addition,we also should adjust the structure of financial support: reducing the subsidy of circulation; increasing the support for agriculture production; reducing the operating expenses of agricultural institutions and increasing the investment of agricultural research.
