摘    要:以藕莲(Nelumbo nucifra Gaertn.)品种新一号为试材,研究了不同植物生长调节剂对藕莲植株生长及根状茎膨大的影响.结果表明,GA,显著地促进藕莲侧枝抽生、叶片数、株高和根状茎重量的增加,而6-BA仅在一定程度上增加叶片数、叶片大小和促进了莲鞭节间的伸长;CCC和PP333在一定程度上抑制叶片和莲鞭的抽生与生长,但CCC显著地增加了叶片大小,而且叶色变深.CCC和6-BA能促进藕莲根状茎的膨大,CCC尤为明显,而GA3抑制或推迟藕莲根状茎的膨大.

Abstract:Effects of different plant growth regulators on lotus root growth were studied using "Xinyihao" as material. The results showed that GA3 could promote offshoot growth and increase leaf number, plant height and rhizome weight significantly. 6-BA could promote the increasing of leaf number, leaf size and the extending of rhizome internode to some extend. CCC and PP333 could inhibit the germination and growth of leaf and rhizome partly, but CCC could increase the leaf size and darken the leaf color. CCC and 6-...
