桐棉马尾松芽苗截根移栽试验

应用ＬＯＴＵＳ１－２－３图表分析集成软件，对芽苗不同截根移栽处理与对照进行比较分析。结果表明：芽苗截根移栽后，能有效地抑制主根生长，促进侧根生长发育，且高径比下降２３．４％，Ｔ－Ｒ率下降２２．３％，苗木全株干重增加５１．１％；截根能使苗期的地上与地下部分生长趋于协调，图示聚类分析还表明，截根处理以保留根毛区约２／４－３／４根长为宜。

An Experiment on Cutting the Roots of Bud Seedlings of Tongmian Masson's pine and Transplanting them

The results indicated that after cutting the roots of bud seedlings and transplanting them,the mainroot growth could be effectively inhibited,the lateral root growth and development could be promoted,theratio of height to diameter decreased by 23.4%,the T-R rate decreased by 22.3%,the dry weight of aseedling increased by 51.1% and cutting the roots could make the growth of the above-ground part and thebelow-ground part tend to coordination in the seedling stage.
