| 摘 要： | 全球化浪潮给传统的国家主权理论造成了巨大冲击。新时期,主权作为民族因素的本质属性和基本特征并未改变,国家主权相对限制的实质是国家主权一定程度的强化。发展中国家在一定的历史时期内做出某种主权让渡是必须的,也是有条件的和相互的,其目的是为了更好地维护国家主权。

| Abstract: | The wave of globalization has caused tremendous impact on the traditional theory of national sovereignty.In the new era,the essential attribute and basic feature of sovereignty as national factor have not changed.The essence of relative restriction of national sovereignty in some degree is the strengthening of national sovereignty.Developing countries must transfer some sovereignty in a certain historical period.This transfer is conditional and mutual.The purpose is to better maintain national sovereignty. |
