| 摘 要： | 随着我国农业综合开发不断发展,所取得的综合效益十分显著。进入新的时期,农业综合开发工作应充分发挥其政策优势和财政资金集中投入优势,加强物质基础设施建设、农业装备建设及基地建设,依靠科技进步促进农业综合开发,现代农业应率先在农业开发项目区实现。

| Abstract: | As our country's development of the agriculture, we have gotten a lot of remarkable benefits. In the new period, the work of agricultural development should exert it's advantages about good policy and enough funds, and should reinforce the construction of the material basis, agricultural equipment and base. Meantime it also needs to dependent on the advance of science and technology and realize the modern agriculture. |
