土壤干旱对洛麦9133幼苗根系生理特性的影响

摘    要:采用盆栽试验对土壤干旱条件下洛麦9133幼苗根系生理特性进行了初步研究。结果表明,随干旱胁迫的加剧,幼苗根水势、根相对含水率和根系活力均降低,饱和亏、可溶性糖含量、脯氨酸含量、质膜透性、MDA含量以及SOD、POD活性均呈增加趋势。通过统计回归发现,根系各生理指标与土壤水分均存在极显著线性相关关系。以上研究结果说明,在干旱胁迫下,洛麦9133幼苗根系通过降低根水势和根系活力、增加渗透调节物质可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量以及增强保护酶SOD、POD活性等生理变化提高了幼苗的抗旱能力,使其适应干旱逆境。

Abstract:This paper deals with the root physiological characteristics of Luomai9133 seedling under different soil drought.The results showed that root water potential,root RWC and root activity decreased with soil water decreasing,and root WSD,soluble sugar content,proline content,the permeability of plasma membrane,MDA content,SOD activity,and POD activity increased with soil water decreasing.Remarkable relationship between soil water and physiological indexes in root was found on the basis of analysis.In conclusion,Luomai9133 seedling increased drought-resistance and adapted to soil drought by physiological changes in root,such as root water potential and root activity reduced,soluble sugar content and proline content increased,and SOD and POD activity enhanced,etc.
