| 摘 要： | 根据NCBI上已公布其他物种CHST11基因的mRNA序列设计蛋鸡特异性引物,应用RT-PCR方法从其卵巢卵泡中扩增出CHST11的CDS全序列。结果表明:CHST11基因编码产物为不稳定的疏水蛋白,经过BLAST比对发现,和其他物种的CHST11序列相比,同源性高。生物信息学软件分析表明,CHST11蛋白不具有信号肽,在10~40位氨基酸处存在1个跨膜螺旋结构区,其序列预测显示存在13个O糖基化位点。CHST11基因可能参与卵巢肿瘤和卵巢癌的调控,同时也可能与卵泡发育有关。

| Abstract: | This study aimed to make bioinformatic analysis of the complete CDS sequence of hen ovarian CHSTll gene, specific primers were designed according to the CHST11 mRNA sequence of other species in NCBI. The results showed that the product encoded by CHST11 gene was unstable hydrophobic protein and might have important impact on follicular development, and ovarian cancer. In addition, there was highly homology with those CHST11 sequences of other species. One transmembrane domain was predicted among 10~ 40 amino acids and there were 13 O--glycosyla- tion sites in the sequence, hut the signal peptide was not found. |
