| 摘 要： | 以污泥、蚯蚓粪、沙土、草炭、蛭石、珍珠岩为原料,采用田间试验方法,研究了不同配方基质对番茄幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:处理A(蚯蚓粪+蛭石+珍珠岩)对番茄幼苗出苗率、成活率、株高、茎粗、全株干鲜重、地上部分干鲜重、根系干鲜重、叶片含氮量、叶绿素质量分数的效果最佳,且与其它育苗基质差异显著,是较理想的番茄育苗基质。

| Abstract: | Using sludge,vermicompost,sandy soil,peat,vermiculite and pearl stone as the basic substrates,we investigated the effects of different formula matrix on tomato seedling growth in field.The results showed that tomato seedlings grew better in the treatment A（vermicompost＋vermiculite＋pearl stone）than in other combinations.The tomato seedling emergence rate,survival rate,plant height,stem diameter,total plant dry weight and fresh weight,over-ground part of fresh weight and dry weight,root dry weight and fresh weight,leaf nitrogen content and chlorophyll mass fraction in treatment A were significantly more than in other treatments,therefore the formula of treatment A is ideal for cultivating tomato seedlings. |
