银川市6种灌木绿化树种抗寒性的比较

摘    要:采用人工模拟低温处理的方法,通过对红瑞木、北海道黄杨、紫叶矮樱、金银木、金叶莸、小叶黄杨1年生休眠期枝条的相对电导率、游离脯氨酸、丙二醛及可溶性糖含量的测定,分析和比较它们的抗寒性,结果表明:随着低温胁迫的加剧,6种灌木绿化树种的相对电导率呈“S”形变化;游离脯氨酸、丙二醛含量上升;可溶性糖含量呈现先平稳后急剧上升的变化趋势。6种灌木绿化树种抗寒能力由强到弱依次为:金叶莸、红瑞木、金银木、紫叶矮樱、北海道黄杨、小叶黄杨。

The Comparation of Cold Resistance of Several Gardening Shrub

Abstract:With the one -year twing of six garden tree species as the experimentalmaterials, disposed through low temperaturemembrance permeabrance, proline content, malondialdehyde content and soluble content were measured and compared. The results showed that the relative electric conductivity increased as a S -curves, while the praline content, malondialdehyde content and soluble sugar content turned to have similar trend of increasing. According to the results, the cold - resistance abilities of 6 varieties species from high to low were Caryopteris clandonensis, Comus alba, Lonicera maackii, Prunuscistenena pissardii, Euonymus japonicus and Buxus sinica.
