| 摘 要： | 采用ＲＦＬＰ分析与分子杂交实验，研究马协型及野败型不育系线粒体基因组的组成，初步证实它们属于不同来源的细胞质；马协型不育系及其保持系线粒体基因组之间也存在明显的限制酶酶切片段长度多态性。

| Abstract: | Restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) analysis and molecular hy
bridization were used in order to investigate rice mitochondrial genome. Compared mitochondrial
genome of Maxie cytoplasm with that of the wild abortive cytoplasm, the result showed that they
belonged to different male sterile cytoplasm types. Compared mitochondrial genome of sterile line
Maxie A with that of maintainer Maxie B, obvious RFLP was also detected. |
