摘    要:采用等氮施肥量,研究了不同有机与无机肥料处理对上海青生长、养分吸收及品质的影响。结果表明,不同施肥处理对上海青的生长、产量、品质的影响存在显著差异,其中M1(粪肥+复合肥)处理上海青的株高显著高于对照,M1(粪肥+复合肥)和M2(粪肥+复合肥)处理上海青的开展度、鲜质量和干质量均显著高于对照,M1处理的产量也显著高于其他处理。而且随鸡粪施用量的增加,硝酸盐含量呈逐渐降低的趋势,且M2和M3(粪肥+复合肥)处理上海青的硝酸盐含量显著低于对照。各施肥处理间养分吸收有一定的差异,但差异不显著。

Abstract:The growth,nutrient uptake,yield and quality of Brassica campestris were tested for the responses to organic and inorganic fertilizer with same amount of nitrogen.The results showed that there were significant differences in growth,yield and quality among different treatments.The plant of Brassica campestris was significantly higher than the control under M 1 treatments;the plant width,fresh weight and dry weight of were significantly higher than the control under M 1 (manure and compound fertilizer with different proportion)and M 2 (manure and compound fertilizer with different proportion)treatments.The yield of M 1 treatment was significantly higher than other treatments.With the increase of chicken manure,the NO 3 content gradually reduced.The NO 3 in Brassica campestris was significantly lower than the control under M 2 and M 3 (manure and compound fertilizer with different proportion)treatments.The nutrient uptake under all fertilizer treatments not significantly different.
