鸽子亚急性阿维菌素中毒肝脏、肾脏超微结构的观察

摘    要:为充实阿维菌素(AVM)环境毒理学的数据资料,及为保护生态环境和合理应用阿维菌素类药物提供科学依据,以美国王鸽为试验动物,在日粮中添加一定浓度的AVM,建立了鸽染毒模型,通过对染毒各组鸽肝脏和肾脏的超微结构观察,发现染毒鸽有肝脏和肾脏线粒体肿大、变形、空泡状、嵴不完整等改变,内质网板层结构减少、网膜连续性中断等改变,且具有剂量—效应关系。

Abstract:In order to inrich the data material of environmental toxicology of AVM and offer scientific basis for protecting ecological environment and reasonably applying AVM, American King pigeons were used as experimental animals and certain concentration of AVM was added to their basic diets to duplicate toxic pigeon models. Mitochondria swell, reform, vacuole, crest became incomplete, stratification structure of rough endoplasmic reticulum decreased, the continuity of the reticulum membrane interrupted, all the above changes, which had a time-dose effect, were observed in hepatocytes and kidney cells of toxic pigeons through uhrastructure observa- tion.
