幼鲤肝胰脏、肠道消化酶活性比较研究

摘    要:采用同日龄幼鲤在同一饲养条件下,连续测得38、76、114日龄时肝胰脏、肠道蛋白酶、脂肪酸和淀粉酶活性。结果表明:肝胰脏、肠道蛋白酶活性,肝胰脏淀粉酶活性随日龄增加而增加;38至76日龄时肠道脂肪酶、淀粉酶活性明显增加,76至114日龄变化不明显,而肝胰脏脂肪酶活性显著增加;38至76日龄时肠道蛋白酶、脂肪酶、淀粉酶活性高于肝胰脏,114日龄时肝胰脏蛋白酶、脂肪酶活性高于肠道,淀粉酶活性与肠道接近。

Abstract:he digestive enzyme activity of heptoancreas and digestive of the same days-age young carp was carried out by the same feeding conditions methods. The result showed that the protease activity of the heptoanecteas were daily on the increase; The increasing of limpaese and amylase activities of digestive was obvious from 38 to 76 days-age, and is not obcvious from 76 to 114 days-age while the lipaese activity of the heptoandreas increased obviously. The digestive enzyme of was higher than that of heptoancreaw from 38 to 76 days-age, but the protease and lipaese activities of the amylase activity was access to digestive When to 114 days-age.
