| 摘 要： | 建设非疫生产区是促进农产品出口最有效和最经济的措施,已经成为国际通行做法。本文在分析陕西省苹果非疫区探索的基础上,提出比较系统的陕西省苹果非疫区建设的设想。

| Abstract: | Constructing non-disease production areas is the most effective and economical way to promote exportation of agricultural products,which has become a universally accepted practice.Based on the experiences of non-disease area construction in Shaanxi Province,systematic suggestions on construction of non-disease apple area in Shaanxi were put forward in this paper. |
