| 摘 要： | 试验探讨了含激动素的预处理液和含蔗糖及6-苄氨基腺嘌呤的瓶插液对唐菖蒲切花的保鲜效应.结果表明,预处理液能有效延长切花瓶插寿命,增加切花鲜重和开花率,改善体内水分平衡,提高POD活性和CAT活性,延缓可溶性蛋白质含量的减少和MDA含量的增加.另外,经预处理后的切花插于瓶插液中,保鲜效果更加明显.

| Abstract: | Cut flowers of Gladiolus hybridus pretreated with KT solution were cultured in different vase solutions to study the effect on fresh preservation.The results showed that KT pretreatment could prolong its vase life effectively,increase fresh weight and flowering rate,improve moisture balance,enhance activity of POD and CAT,and delay decrease of soluble protein content and increase of MDA content.The fresh preservation effect of cut flowers pretreated with KT and cultured in vase solution with sucrose and 6-B... |
