| Abstract: | This paper has introduced the types and characteristics of non-verbal communications between librarians, probed into the importance and positive effects of non-verbal communications among librarians in construct a good image and harmonious librarian-readers relationship, with the objective to improve reader service. Meanwhile, the paper has put forward suggestions on how to avoid improper non-verbal communications among librarians. |
