农业机械化与农民增收

对新阶段农业机械化与农民增收的关系进行了理论和实证研究 ,提出农民增收的根本是提高劳动生产率、农业机械是提高农业劳动生产率的关键的观点 ,并提出推进农业机械化、促进农民增收要用科学发展观加以指导 ,要抓好 5个结合 ,即推进农业机械化与产业结构调整、与推进优势农产品区域布局、与农业产业化经营、与加快工业化和城镇化进程的结合 ,加强政府的支持和调控力度与充分发挥市场机制作用的结合。

Agricultural Mechanization and Increase in Farmers'''' Income

Based on theory and validation investigation about the relationship of agricultural mechanization and increase in farmers' income on new stages, this paper suggested that the basic cause influencing increase in farmers' income should be improving labor productivity, and agricultural machinery should be the key factor improving labor productivity. Suggestions were proposed on combining agricultural mechanization with industries' structures readjustment, regions' distribution of superiority agricultural products, agricultural industrialization, industrialization and urbanization, strengthening government support and market's mechanism.
